Our school offers our students the opportunity to immerse themselves in the language by living with a local host family. We carefully select our host family to ensure they meet our standards of hospitality and comfort. Each family is interviewed in order to provide a safe and welcoming environment for our students.

FAMILY HOUSE
The house is a 3-floor house located in a referential area of Miraflores, the area has security, surrounded by parks, near anks, major supermarkets, restaurants among others.
Single bed + shared bathroom: (one and a half squares) with bedding with its own closet, night table and desk.
Access to all areas of the house, living room, dining room and kitchen
Daily breakfast is included in the reservation
Any other food service has an additional cost and can be arranged in advance with the hostess.
Access to the kitchen as long as the hostess’s daily activities.
Laundry service also has an additional cost
Smoking is prohibited inside the house
Prices:
S/45.00 soles per night and must be paid in full at check-in or at least one month in advance.
APARTMENTS
Fully furnished apartment. Located in Miraflores, on Grimaldo del Solar Street, 3 blocks from Larco Avenue. It is a 6th floor apartment (no elevator). It has 2 bedrooms, 1 with a queen-size bed and the other with a queen-size bed and a queen-size bed.
Price: 180 soles per night per person (entire apartment).
Includes: building maintenance, water, electricity, high-speed internet (200 mb).

No, bedding and towels are always provided in all our accommodation options.
Will I have laundry facilities?
Yes! Every accommodation has a washing machine and a drying rack. They don’t provide
washing powder.
Is there air conditioning in the accommodation?
No, Homestays and apartments don’t have air conditioning, however, they can provide
fans for every room.
Can I come and go as I please from the accommodations?
You will receive their own set of keys for the building entrance, the apartment door, and for
your room in your homestay. Please, it’s important to follow the host and family rules.
When do I get my accommodation details?
We will send you the accommodation details once you have booked the Spanish course.
Can I book accommodation without booking a course?
It is not possible to book accommodation without doing a Spanish course.
Do host families have experience with students?
Yes, host families are carefully selected by our school Lima Spanish House and they have a lot
of experience hosting foreign students.
The host family I stayed with speak Spanish as their first language?
Yes, we can guarantee you that our host families will speak Spanish as a native language.
If I've booked accommodation with a host family, is it possible to change the meals options?
Yes, it is possible to change your meals options. Please, you will need to tell the family in
advance.
