FAQ's Intensive Group Classes

Is it possible to cancel or reschedule this program?

You can cancel your whole program sending an email to our Academic Coordinator info@limaspanishhouse.com at least 1 week before the lesson is scheduled to begin and only during our working hours: Monday-Friday from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm, and Saturdays from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. Classes not cancelled in time are considered to be absences and will be billed accordingly. Additionally, if you miss one day, that day is not subject to refund since group classes are scheduled every week based on students ́ demand and students must commit to attend class from Monday to Friday.

Is this course for students who already get an A1+ level?

No, this program is addressed to absolute beginners or to students who know just a little bit of Spanish.

After finishing this course, can I take another Backpackers course?
