Is it possible to reschedule or get a refund for this program?

Student can reschedule this program sending an email to our Academic Coordinator info@limaspanishhouse.com at least 3 days before the lesson is scheduled to begin and only during our working hours: Mon-Fri 9:00 am to 9:00 pm, and Saturdays from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. If classes not cancelled in time are considered to be absences and are billed accordingly.

Can I take this program any day?

Yes, you can take this program any day between Monday to Friday

Can I book this program more days in one week?

Unfortunately, it ́s not possible. In case you need to take more hours per week, we recommend you to take our Intensive Private Tutoring

Do I need to pay for my lessons in advance?

Yes, it’s necessary to pay your class in advance in order to reserve your program. In case you want to start this program the same day, we don ́t guarantee to have available tutors.

Does this program include food?

No, the total price of this program doesn’t include transportation, food and entrance tickets expenses of the tutor and student.
