Welcome to Lima Spanish House!
Lima Spanish House is a Spanish school in Miraflores, Lima which was founded for language students who believe in community, friendship and bonds. We started this adventure thinking of helping people to learn and discover our culture and language.
Little by little, we started working hard on this dream and this commitment has made us grow into a wonderful Spanish Language School which has a great environment where to study.
That is one of the reasons that we are always making innovations to help give those who want to learn Spanish the best experience ever and to make them feel part of our house and to become our family.

Our location puts you at the heart of one of the main tourist destinations in Lima, Miraflores. You will be able to explore the city and learn Spanish while enjoying Lima and its beautiful Pacific Coast.
Our lessons approach you to learn what to do with the language in a real-life situation and experience the real immersion with our teachers. We have small classes from 1 to 5 students to maximize the time in class and to become the language learning process more efficient. All students receive a feedback from teachers every week so in that way, we enrich the Spanish experience.
We have all the facilities to make your stay as easy as possible. You don’t need to step lot of stairs or suffer waiting for an elevator, we are right in the second floor! Rooms have enough space for you and your things; and hot coffee and tea are waiting for you in a nice place.

Located just a 5 minute walk from Kennedy Park, We are a school which provide an amazing experience time for anyone looking for discovering the city and learn Spanish. We are closed to extensive local attractions, historic monuments, art places and relaxing nightlife. Exploring the city and learning Spanish will not need an effort.
Because we don´t believe that everyone learns a language in the same way, you will find a range of programs that will suit you and your goals. All our programs have been carefully designed to make you immerge into the language following the International Standard given by Common European Frame of Reference (CEFR) and the Cervantes Institute Curricula (PCIC).
We have over 8 years of experience teaching Spanish at all levels. Our highly qualified and trained teachers will guide you through your Spanish program and they´ll be accompanying you until reaching your goals.
